Organization

Our organization is comprised of age-based Teams with each sub-program built with the flexibility to split into graduation year teams. Coaches are assigned to sub-programs for the entire year and position specific coaches splitting time across each team. Leaders serve a variety of functions to ensure the strategic and operational successful of the program.

Teams

Each team is considered a sub-program. With enough players, each sub-program can split into two teams and play in Age-Based and Graduation Year tournaments, but will continue to practice as a sub-program. Provided Graduation Years reflect the current Program Year of 2025-2026.

Leadership

President & Founder

Brent Quimby

Brent has six years of youth coaching experience and currently works as a strategy and operations consultant at Deloitte. He also serves as a guest lecturer at a top-tier business school and has provided leadership and professional coaching for seven years. Previously, he was a U.S. Marine Corps Officer for eight years, with deployments to East Asia, Afghanistan, and the Middle East.

Brent grew up with a strong athletic background and understands the value that team sports can play in the development of our youth when done the right way. He was recruited and played a year of Division I football at the U.S. Naval Academy before discovering the sport of lacrosse. He benefited from the athleticism he built from years of playing different sports and the reputation other football players had earned with Coach Richie Meade to make it as a walk-on with the Navy Lacrosse team for a year. Brent never lost the passion for the sport of lacrosse but is far better teaching and coaching it than he’ll ever be able to play it (yes, still limps around the field playing)!

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Brent is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, MPH from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and BS from the Naval Academy.
