Built for athletes who are new to lacrosse. Do you want to get involved with the sport, but are intimidated by jumping into programs that are available to you?

This is a great way to get started! We will cover all of the basic individual skills and IQ needed to hit the ground running in the spring. Don’t let fear get in your way of playing this incredible sport. Join us for 8 sessions throughout the winter!
