A Note on Birth Year Range

USA Lacrosse has two ways to segment teams. We have the flexibility to accommodate both. Accordingly, there is a three-month window (June, July, or August 2010) where athletes would still be eligible to play with U16. Additionally, for athletes born June, July, or August 2011, they are eligible to play with U15. For athletes in these windows, we recommend that you select the one that will best position the athlete to thrive, both from a physical and mental development standpoint.

The U15 program is built for athletes who are serious about improving and want more opportunities to train, compete, and develop throughout the year. Players receive advanced instruction focused on individual skills, lacrosse IQ, athletic development, and team concepts. The fall season provides valuable repetitions and competition during a critical development window, while the summer season offers exposure to top-level tournament play. Athletes are challenged to become better players, teammates, and leaders both on and off the field.
