Coach Resources

Our program is just as much about providing a fulfilling and desired journey for families and athletes as it is for our coaches. We’re committed to arming our coaches with the resources and education they need to succeed as leaders on and off the field.

We are looking to place strong role models who embody this program and set a positive example for our players. If you are still in the middle of your college playing years or are several years post-grad, get your coaching journey started here!

Training & Certification

Coach Certification

Our organization is covered by USA Lacrosse and is part of the Empire North Lacrosse Association. At a minimum, all coaches must possess a Bronze Certification. Additional trainings and more advanced certifications are encouraged.

CPR / AED Certification

We highly encourage all coaches to take the AHA Basic Life Support CPR and AED training. Seconds matter in these critical situations and lacrosse is not immune to events that would require these skills.
